Inclusion Bridge assists schools in finding qualified Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), Shadow Teachers, or Educational Support Professionals who have completed a structured candidate preparation program.
We recognise that schools need support staff who are professional, reliable, knowledgeable about safeguarding, and clear about their roles. Our goal is to help schools, parents, and candidates by establishing a more structured, transparent, and quality-assured approach to education support.


How Inclusion Bridge Supports Schools and Education Providers
Inclusion Bridge supports schools, nurseries, learning centres and other education service providers by helping them access prepared, trained and quality-assured education support candidates.
We aim to help schools and providers find suitable Learning Support Assistants, Teaching Assistants, Shadow Teachers and education support professionals who understand school expectations, safeguarding responsibilities and professional boundaries.

Inclusion Bridge does not operate as a school, recruitment agency, therapy provider, clinical assessment centre or healthcare provider.
Our role is to support candidate preparation, training guidance, matching, introductions, suitability checks and quality assurance processes.
All school-based arrangements remain subject to the school’s safeguarding procedures, access requirements, approval processes, policies and regulatory expectations.
We aim to help schools and providers find suitable Learning Support Assistants, Teaching Assistants, Shadow Teachers and education support professionals who understand school expectations, safeguarding responsibilities and professional boundaries.
Inclusion Bridge can support schools and education providers with:
- Access to registered Learning Support Assistants, Teaching Assistants, and Shadow Teachers candidate profiles.
- Candidate shortlisting based on experience, training, availability and suitability.
- Support with parent-funded Learning Support Assistants, Teaching Assistants, and Shadow Teachers arrangements, where approved by the school.
- Candidate matching linked to student needs, classroom context and school expectations.
- Confirmation of candidate preparation and training completion, including the Inclusion Bridge’s KHDA-approved training pathway.
- Pre-engagement suitability checks, including Emirates ID validity, visa validity, reference checks and police clearance checks where required.
- Guidance on safeguarding expectations, professional conduct and professional boundaries.
- Support with identifying candidates who understand school routines, classroom expectations and inclusive practice.
- Support with communication between the school, parent and candidate where appropriate.
- Feedback and review processes to help strengthen the quality of education support.
- Guidance on LSA/TA development needs linked to the student’s support plan, IEP or school provision.
- Depending on the school subscription, support towards administration, replacement or absence cover where available, subject to school approval, safeguarding requirements and candidate availability.

Candidate mandatory trainings
Before candidates are introduced to parents, schools or education service providers, registered candidates are required to complete the Inclusion Bridge mandatory Candidate trainings.
This training is designed to help Learning Support Assistants, Teaching Assistants, Shadow Teachers and education support professionals develop a good quality understanding of safeguarding, inclusion, classroom support, professional conduct and school expectations.
The training is supported, where relevant, by online training resources accessed through The National College UK platform. Inclusion Bridge monitors completion evidence as part of each candidate’s professional profile, preparation record and quality assurance process.
Candidates may complete the following 10 KHDA-aapproved mandatory training modules:

This preparation process helps candidates build a stronger understanding of their role before they are considered for introduction to parents, schools or education providers.
Inclusion Bridge may also review candidate documents, training completion evidence, references, visa validity, Emirates ID validity and police clearance requirements as part of its suitability and quality assurance process.

Safeguarding and Professional Standards
Safeguarding is central to the Inclusion Bridge approach. All candidates introduced through Inclusion Bridge are expected to act safely, professionally and respectfully when supporting students, parents and schools.

- Complete assigned safeguarding and child protection training where required
- Follow safeguarding and child protection expectations at all times
- Maintain clear professional boundaries
- Respect school policies, procedures and approval processes
- Work under the direction of appropriate school staff
- Communicate professionally with students, parents and school teams
- Maintain confidentiality and handle information responsibly
- Follow school rules on mobile phones, photography, recording and social media
- Promote student independence, confidence and access to learning
- Act in line with the role expectations of a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant or Shadow Teacher
