We aim to raise the standard of education support by helping candidates understand their role, safeguarding expectations, professional boundaries, and the importance of supporting students respectfully and effectively.

You may already have experience, or you may be starting your journey into education support. Inclusion Bridge will help guide you through the preparation process and support you in building a stronger candidate profile.

What Happens After Registration?

Once you register with Inclusion Bridge, your details will be reviewed. Suitable candidates will then be invited to continue through the Candidate Preparation Pathway.

The process includes:

  1. Complete the online registration form.
  2. Submit your CV and supporting documents for review.
  3. Pay the AED 500 registration fee through our easy payment plan: AED 250 now and AED 250 the following month.
  4. Receive the Inclusion Bridge Candidate Welcome Pack to guide your onboarding.
  5. Receive your login details for The National College UK training platform, which includes access to mandatory KHDA-approved, LSA/TA training modules valued at over AED 6,000.
  6. Complete the assigned 10 easy-to-complete Inclusion Bridge mandatory KHDA-approved training modules.
  7. Download and print your certificates from The National College UK to build your professional portfolio.
  8. Be added to the Inclusion Bridge candidate pool for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), or Shadow Teachers.
  9. Attend two Inclusion Bridge coaching and mentoring sessions (online or face-to-face), included in the registration fee and valued at AED 1,000.

Essential Mandatory Training Programme

Inclusion Bridge has developed a 10-module Essential Mandatory KHDA approved Training Programme for all registered Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), or Shadow Teachers.

These modules are aligned with the Inclusion Bridge candidate preparation pathway and, where relevant, supported by training resources available through The National College UK platform. The programme includes a combination of engaging webinars, easy-to-follow training videos and practical learning activities.

The training is designed to be clear, practical and accessible, allowing candidates to complete the modules at their own pace. The full mandatory training programme takes approximately 22 hours to complete and is worth over AED 6,000. However, through Inclusion Bridge’s access to The National College UK training platform, registered candidates can complete this programme as part of their AED 500 registration fee.
Candidates will have two months to complete their assigned Learning Journey Plan, download their certificates and build a professional training portfolio.

⦿ Wellbeing, Resilience and Emotional Intelligence


This training is designed to strengthen your professional readiness before you are considered for introduction to parents or schools where suitable opportunities are available.

Inclusion Bridge Coaching and Mentoring Sessions

Session 1: Guidance on safeguarding, code of conduct, professional boundaries and role expectations.

Session 2: Preparation for parent and school interview questions, including support in presenting yourself professionally for future opportunities.

After completing the required training and coaching pathway, candidates will be considered for parent or school introductions and interviews when suitable opportunities arise. This will depend on your qualifications, experience, training completion, suitability for the role and the needs of parents, schools or other relevant parties.

Inclusion Bridge aims to support dedicated and suitable candidates in working towards job opportunities as Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), or Shadow Teachers within three months. However, registration, training completion and coaching support do not guarantee employment, placement, interviews or paid work. Final decisions will always be made by the parent, school or relevant third party.

Important Information
Inclusion Bridge supports candidate preparation, training guidance, matching and introductions. Inclusion Bridge does not directly employ Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), Shadow Teachers or Education Support Professionals.
Inclusion Bridge also does not provide visa sponsorship, accommodation, guaranteed work, guaranteed interviews or guaranteed placement. Any employment, engagement or payment arrangement will be agreed directly between the candidate and the parent, school or relevant third party, subject to applicable laws, school requirements and regulatory expectations.

All registered candidates are expected to act professionally, honestly and responsibly throughout the Inclusion Bridge Candidate Pathway.
Candidates are expected to:

⦿ Submit genuine documents, certificates and evidence of experience
⦿ Complete assigned training within the required timeframe
⦿ Follow safeguarding and child protection expectations at all times
⦿ Maintain professional boundaries with students, parents, schools and professionals
⦿ Communicate respectfully and professionally
⦿ Attend agreed interviews, meetings or coaching sessions on time
⦿ Keep Inclusion Bridge updated about their availability and employment status
⦿ Act professionally when communicating with parents, schools or other relevant parties
⦿ Represent Inclusion Bridge values through reliability, respect, care and professionalism

Important Information
Candidates who provide false or misleading information, submit non-genuine documents, fail to complete required training, breach safeguarding expectations, or act unprofessionally may be removed from the Inclusion Bridge candidate database.
Inclusion Bridge reserves the right to pause or withdraw candidate support where a candidate does not meet the expected professional standards.
