Helping Parents Find Suitable Education Support for Their Child

Welcome to Inclusion Bridge.

We understand that finding the right support for your child can feel challenging, especially when your child may benefit from additional learning support, a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Shadow Teacher or Education Support Professional.

Inclusion Bridge supports parents by helping them explore their child’s general education support needs and connect with suitable, prepared and quality-assured education support professionals.

Our role is to help parents identify Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), or Shadow Teachers and Education Support Professionals who may be able to support students in accessing learning, building confidence, developing independence and engaging more effectively in school or educational settings.

At Inclusion Bridge, we aim to make the process clearer, more supportive and more reassuring for families, while promoting high standards of professionalism, safeguarding and respectful support for every child.

How the Process Works

Step 1: Complete the Child Registration Form

Parents complete the child registration form below with basic information about their child, the type of support needed and any relevant school or learning information.

Step 2: Parent Consultation

Inclusion Bridge will contact the parent to discuss the request and understand the type of support required.

Step 3: Candidate Matching

Where suitable candidates are available, Inclusion Bridge will identify Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), or Shadow Teachers whose experience, availability, and training align with the child's support needs.

Step 4: Candidate Introduction

Inclusion Bridge will introduce suitable candidate profiles to the parent or school, where appropriate, to support informed decision-making.

Step 5: Interview or Meeting

Parents will meet or interview the candidate before making any decision.

Step 6: Pre-Contract Suitability Checks

Before facilitating any employment or engagement contract between the parent, candidate or relevant third party, Inclusion Bridge will support the pre-contract suitability process. This may include checking the proposed candidate’s visa validity, Emirates ID validity, carrying out reference checks and obtaining a police clearance certificate, where required.

Step 7: Direct Arrangement

Any employment, payment or contractual arrangement will be made directly between the parent, the school or the relevant third party and the candidate, in compliance with applicable laws, school requirements and regulatory approvals.

Inclusion Bridge does not directly employ Learning Support Assistants, Teaching Assistants, Shadow Teachers or education support professionals. Inclusion Bridge also does not provide visa sponsorship, accommodation or guaranteed placement. Any insurance or additional support benefits apply only where included in an agreed parent support plan and are subject to policy terms, eligibility, provider approval and applicable UAE legal and regulatory requirements.
