Bridge For Inclusion helps Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), or Shadow Teachers prepare professionally, complete initial National College UK and KHDA-Approved trainings, build a stronger candidate profile, and be considered for introduction to prospective parents or schools where suitable opportunities are available.
We aim to raise the standard of education support by helping candidates understand their role, safeguarding expectations, professional boundaries, and the importance of supporting students respectfully and effectively.

You may already have experience, or you may be starting your journey into education support. Bridge For Inclusion will help guide you through the preparation process and support you in building a stronger candidate profile.
What Happens After Registration?
The process includes:
- Complete the online registration form.
- Submit your CV and supporting documents for review.
- You will receive an email from Bridge for Inclusion TI explaining the next steps about completing the full registration and have access to Bridge for Inclusion TI mandatory trainings.
Essential Mandatory Training Programme
These modules are aligned with the Bridge For Inclusion candidate preparation pathway and, where relevant, supported by training resources available through The National College UK platform. The programme includes a combination of engaging webinars, easy-to-follow training videos and practical learning activities.
The training is designed to be clear, practical and accessible, allowing candidates to complete the modules at their own pace. The full mandatory training programme takes approximately 22 hours to complete and is worth over AED 6,000.
Candidates will have two months to complete their assigned Learning Journey Plan, download their certificates and build a professional training portfolio.

⦿ Role, Responsibilities and Professional Boundaries
⦿ Time, Workload Management and Professional Organisation
⦿ Wellbeing, Resilience and Emotional Intelligence
This training is designed to strengthen your professional readiness before you are considered for introduction to parents or schools where suitable opportunities are available.
Bridge For Inclusion Coaching and Mentoring Sessions
Session 2: Preparation for parent and school interview questions, including support in presenting yourself professionally for future opportunities.
After completing the required training and coaching pathway, candidates will be considered for parent or school introductions and interviews when suitable opportunities arise. This will depend on your qualifications, experience, training completion, suitability for the role and the needs of parents, schools or other relevant parties.
Bridge For Inclusion aims to support dedicated and suitable candidates in working towards job opportunities as Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), or Shadow Teachers within three months. However, registration, training completion and coaching support do not guarantee employment, placement, interviews or paid work. Final decisions will always be made by the parent, school or relevant third party.

Important Information
Bridge For Inclusion supports candidate preparation, training guidance, matching and introductions. Bridge For Inclusion does not directly employ Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants (TAs), Shadow Teachers or Education Support Professionals.
Bridge For Inclusion also does not provide visa sponsorship, accommodation, guaranteed work, guaranteed interviews or guaranteed placement. Any employment, engagement or payment arrangement will be agreed directly between the candidate and the parent, school or relevant third party, subject to applicable laws, school requirements and regulatory expectations.

⦿ Maintain professional boundaries with students, parents, schools and professionals

⦿ Attend agreed interviews, meetings or coaching sessions on time
⦿ Keep Bridge For Inclusion updated about their availability and employment status
⦿ Act professionally when communicating with parents, schools or other relevant parties
⦿ Represent Bridge For Inclusion values through reliability, respect, care and professionalism
Important Information
Candidates who provide false or misleading information, submit non-genuine documents, fail to complete required training, breach safeguarding expectations, or act unprofessionally may be removed from the Bridge For Inclusion candidate database.
Bridge For Inclusion reserves the right to pause or withdraw candidate support where a candidate does not meet the expected professional standards.
Registration Fee
This fee supports the registration process, administration, Welcome Pack, candidate preparation pathway, training access guidance, profile development and quality assurance administration.
Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee employment, interview, placement, visa sponsorship or paid work.
